At Zongbun, you can enjoy golden threadfin bream and other fresh seafood shipped directly from the Toyosu market.
This time, we would like to introduce our recommended banquet course, which focuses on such prized seafood!
You can enjoy fresh fish caught in the morning, such as assorted sashimi, simmered sea bream, and satsuma-age (deep-fried fish cake),
The meal includes seared and pressed sushi with golden threadfin bream as well as other dishes made with luxurious golden threadfin bream and seafood,
A total of seven luxurious dishes, including a rare steak of Japanese black beef!
In addition, 2 hours of all-you-can-drink is available for 7,000 yen per person (tax included).

~Kinmeidai with a special touch~!

The recommended gem, "Kinmedai no marugoto (whole sea bream)" is a whole sea bream cooked in its entirety.
The flaky meat and sweet and spicy sauce make it a dish that goes well with both rice and sake.
Another popular menu item is "Kinmedai no Namero" (sea bream), which is a perfect accompaniment to alcoholic beverages.
Instead of using the more common horse mackerel, the nameko is made with the luxurious sea bream, which is smooth and rich in flavor, making it an excellent partner for sake!
