The best dish that should be paired with our special local sake is the kinmedai (sea bream).
At Zongbun, we purchase fresh sea bream from the Toyosu Market every morning and serve it to our customers.
The golden threadfin bream is also a perfect accompaniment to sake.
The "nameko of sea bream" is made with sea bream instead of the commonly known nameko of horse mackerel.
You will enjoy the rich and delicious taste.
Also recommended are "Dashimaki Tamago (Eggs) in Kinmedai Dashi broth" and "Agedashi Tofu in Kinmedai Dashi broth" made with Kinmedai dashi.
The broth is made from well-dried sea bream broth, which gives it a different flavor and aroma.
