The kinmedai dishes include simmered dish, satsuma-age, and the main dish, shabushabu-shabu.
This shabu-shabu is one of the restaurant's specialties, which we focus on from the dashi broth.
When you use plenty of sea bream ara and take your time to make the broth,
It is prepared simply with sake and salt.
Please enjoy a quick dip of fresh sea bream, which can also be served as sashimi!
And finish with rice cooked in an earthenware pot with sea bream.
