We serve our customers with cooking methods that make the most of the ingredients.
Sashimi is recommended if you want to taste the deliciousness of fresh, fatty fish in season as it is.
A five-piece sashimi platter of fresh fish, which is also great for drinking parties, is available from 1,089 yen (tax included) per person.
This dish also allows you to taste our signature kinmedai sashimi.
 
We also offer a "box sale" service, where customers can choose the seafood they would like to purchase each morning and have it prepared afterwards.
