The golden broth is made by slowly brothing for hours with plenty of sea bream ara and seasoning it with only sake and salt.
Dip the sea bream in it quickly and enjoy.
You can enjoy the moist texture and slight sweetness of this dish with less peculiarity because it is made from fresh sea bream that can also be eaten as sashimi.
Zosui (rice porridge) and vegetable sets are also available as additional ingredients.
