We purchase our famous kinmedai (sea bream) from the Toyosu market every morning, so you can enjoy fresh kinmedai dishes.
Featured in this issue"Snapper stewed in its original form."is, as the name suggests, prepared as a whole fish, not as a fillet!
The simmered sea bream in homemade sweet and spicy sauce is outstandingly delicious, with the gentle flavor of the fluffy meat combined with the homemade sauce!
It is a dish that makes you want rice as well as sake.
Most of the courses feature "simmered sea bream", so please take your time and enjoy it!
The course also includes 2 hours of all-you-can-drink, making it perfect for a drinking party.
