The course we would like to draw your attention to is the "Braised Sea Bream and Rare Japanese Black Beef Steak Course.
In this course, you can enjoy fine Japanese black beef steak and fresh sea bream shipped directly from Toyosu!
The course consists of seven dishes, starting with a small bowl of appetizers,
Sashimi of fresh fish of the morning, simmered sea bream, fried dish, and grilled Japanese black beef follow.
A choice of seared and pressed sushi with sea bream will be served for the meal, and a straw rice cake will be served at the end of the meal as a sweet treat.
