We have prepared a course in which you can enjoy various dishes of natural sea bream that we purchase every morning from the Toyosu Market.
Kinmedai is a very popular high-end fish with plenty of fat in its white flesh, a plump texture, and an elegant taste.
You can enjoy such sea bream in various dishes such as simmered, satsuma-age, and shabu-shabu.
