The fresh, firm and perfectly fresh kinmedai (sea bream), which is shipped directly from Toyosu Market every morning, is seasoned with sweet and spicy sauce and simmered in a figure stew.
You will enjoy the plumpness of the meat, the refined fat, and the unique aroma of the sea bream.

We also highly recommend our special drink, "Kinmedai no finshu" (sea bream fin sake) for 968 yen (tax included).
The richness and flavor of homemade sea bream fins are concentrated in this excellent hot sake.

The "Konmedai Specialty Restaurant Zombun Shinjuku Sanchome" is a one-minute walk from Exit B2 of Shinjuku Sanchome Subway Station.
At this izakaya, you can enjoy kinmedai (sea bream) in a variety of dishes such as shabu-shabu and sashimi.
