You can also enjoy a course of excellent dishes using this sea bream.
The course we recommend this time is simmered kinmedai (sea bream) and satsuma-age (fried sea bream),
For the main course, a variety of kinmedai dishes, including kinmedai shabu shabu and rice cooked in an earthenware pot with kinmedai, were served,
The 9-course menu also includes fresh sashimi caught in the morning and grilled seasonal vegetables!

We also offer "box sales," in which the ingredients are slow-baked and served after the customer has actually seen them.
The menu changes depending on availability, but some of the delicacies that can be enjoyed by the boxed set include "grilled fresh fish cakes" and "grilled freshly picked vegetables",
You can taste "Seasonal Shellfish Grill", "Today's Dried Fish Grill" and so on.
