The sea bream is quickly dipped into a flavorful broth made with plenty of sea bream ara,
Serve with "shio sudachi" (seaweed salt with a squeeze of sudachi).
The sudachi will refresh your mouth.

Zosui (rice porridge) made with leftover soup stock is also very popular!
The soup soaks into the rice and makes the best rice porridge☆.
